At ’Ohana Chapters, every box is thoughtfully hand-curated and carefully packaged just for you. Because each order is personalized, I hope every box brings you a cozy escape you’ll love.
Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our curated book boxes, returns are not accepted.
Book Exchange Promise
I understand that surprises don’t always work out! If you’ve already read the surprise book included in your box, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll gladly work with you to arrange a one-time book exchange.
The book must be:
- Unread and in its original condition
- Free from damage, writing, or markings
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so I can make it right as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already begun processing.
Once an order has been curated or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- Your order cannot be fulfilled.
- The incorrect item was sent and a replacement isn’t available.
- A return has been approved due to damage or an error on my part.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
