At ’Ohana Chapters, every book box is thoughtfully hand-curated, carefully wrapped, and prepared with aloha. Because each order is personalized, please allow a little extra time as I create your perfect reading escape.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipping.

During holidays, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, I’ll always do my best to keep you informed.

Shipping

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS, depending on your location and the best available shipping option.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Rates

Flat-rate shipping: $4.99 anywhere in the continental U.S.

From time to time, I may offer free shipping promotions or special shipping discounts.

Gift Orders

Sending a box as a gift? Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address during checkout. Every ‘Ohana Chapters box is beautifully packaged and ready to brighten someone’s day.

Delays

While I carefully package every order, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of my control. I appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) so I can help resolve the issue.
